This is to develop students as professional, self-reflecting individuals able to meet the demands of employers in the health care sector and adapt to a constantly changing world. The qualifications aim to widen access to higher education and enhance the career prospects of those who undertake them.
We offer a Level 4 HNC (Higher National Certificate) in Healthcare Practice as well as a Level 5 HND (Higher National Diploma). 
How Long Is the Course? 
1 year for Level 4 HNC
1 year for Level 5 HND
It is not mandatory to progress onto Level 5 HND but it is recommended. 
What Can I Do with This? 
Lots of things! Not only does it open up more career opportunities for you and spruce up your CV massively, you are also able to progress onto a Nursing Course at university!

  • Senior Care Assistant (up to £22k annual salary)
  • Senior Support Worker
  • Integrated Support Worker (up to £25k annual salary)
  • Care Navigator/Co-Ordinator (up to £25k annual salary)

*Recognised by the University of Wolverhampton to meet entry requirements towards a potential 2nd Year start on an Adult Nursing degree
