What is a Top-Up course?

A Top-Up degree is the equivalent to the final year of undergraduate study, giving you a Bachelor's level qualification.

The School of Nursing teaching team will support you to do research on equality and inclusion. You will also look at the concepts of sustainability, critical assessment, practice development, and factors that affect health studies and examining ideas of partnership working.
The work of visiting industry experts and citizen involvement will play a critical role in shaping the curriculum of the course - this will ensure that the knowledge you gain is applicable to real-world settings and meets the needs of experienced care recipients. On the strength of this degree, graduates can easily get jobs in the private, local, government and statutory healthcare suppliers.
